Lunchtime Walks: Mindful Meditation Through the Parks

Relax and disconnect from a busy day with walking meditation. Starting at Campus Martius, every Thursday you can join the group, and walk to various parks downtown — stopping at each one for a mindfulness activity. Admission is free.
