If you are looking to buy or sell a home in Oakland County, look no further than Renee Lossia Acho.

With Renee comes a team of seven hand-picked professionals – each with a unique and highly honed skill set – who join forces on every transaction to provide unparalleled results.

Renee Lossia Acho Real Estate Group’s tenet is not to make a sale, but to consult, coach and guide every buyer or seller toward the very best outcome. With $600 Million in sales since 2008, and the distinction of being named Wall Street Journal’s Top Agent for eleven straight years, the approach is definitely working.

So, how did this dream team come together?

Always with an affinity toward guiding and leading people, Renee originally worked as a high school teacher after graduating from the University of Michigan, and then paused to start a family. When ready to reenter the workforce, she decided to combine her lifelong passion for architecture and design with her love of helping people, and in 2005, obtained her Real Estate License. She quickly realized she could not operate as a one man show, became affiliated with Keller Williams and began to build a team specifically suited for her business and her clients.

Transaction Coordinator – Mary Glynn

With almost 20 years of Real Estate experience and an expertise in relocation, Mary is the anchor point for all transactions. “Mary crosses every t and dots every i and beautifully navigates challenges for our clients,” says Acho.

Anteneta Nikollaj – Realtor and Client Concierge,

Anteneta has held her Real Estate License for four years and her nurturing, patient mentality make her the perfect Client Concierge. “One of her superpowers is juggling – she juggles multiple clients and tasks every day and literally helps us all to remain sane,” says Acho.

Carrie ClementRealtor and Director of Operations

Having worked alongside Renee for over twelve years, Carrie essentially acts as an extension of Renee, handling all stages of the transaction process. “Carrie’s knowledge and ability are nearly unmatched,” says Acho.

Katherine Ambrose – Realtor and Marketing Coordinator

“It’s critically important for us to present ourselves and every client and home we represent in just the right way for today’s market, and Katherine is the perfect person for the job,” says Acho. Katherine manages all aspects of marketing for RLA.

Kara Weiner – Realtor

Kara acts as a Showing Coordinator, preparing properties for listings and showings, as well as assisting in the buying and selling process. “Kara is an expert at getting properties in perfect showing order and leaves no stone unturned,” says Acho.

Marlo Scott – Realtor and Design and Construction Consultant

Marlo has over 25 years of residential building and development experience. “With her wealth of knowledge in all facets of real estate, development and design, she is a fantastic resource for our clients,” says Acho.

Kelly Mell – Realtor and Executive Assistant

“Nothing falls through the cracks with Kelly on board,” says Acho. Kelly coordinates the needs and wants of the team and assists with client support.

While Renee acts as the Lead Agent on every transaction, this remarkable lineup of best-in-class professionals assist and support. “It’s our caring mindset, collaborative approach and consultative philosophy that steer every client expertly and meticulously through the entire sales process,” says Acho. RLA’s mission to provide luxury service at every level applies to all transactions. “Whether we are working with a first time buyer, experienced investor or anyone in between, our work ethic holds true, or passion runs high, and we always have some fun along the way!”
