Always with an affinity toward guiding and leading people, Renee originally worked as a high school teacher after graduating from the University of Michigan, and then paused to start a family. When ready to reenter the workforce, she decided to combine her lifelong passion for architecture and design with her love of helping people, and in 2005, obtained her Real Estate License. She quickly realized she could not operate as a one man show, became affiliated with Keller Williams and began to build a team specifically suited for her business and her clients.

Anteneta has held her Real Estate License for four years and her nurturing, patient mentality make her the perfect Client Concierge. “One of her superpowers is juggling – she juggles multiple clients and tasks every day and literally helps us all to remain sane,” says Acho.
Carrie Clement – Realtor and Director of Operations
Having worked alongside Renee for over twelve years, Carrie essentially acts as an extension of Renee, handling all stages of the transaction process. “Carrie’s knowledge and ability are nearly unmatched,” says Acho.
Katherine Ambrose – Realtor and Marketing Coordinator
