How does shipping work? You will be able to add multiple shipping zones, shipping methods, and shipping classes straight from your Vendor Dashboard.
What if a customer purchases an item that recently sold out? If an item sells out fast and an item is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.
What payment system do you use? We use Stripe, one of the worlds largest and most trusted online payment processors. It is easy to link to your current Stripe account and to create one. SEEN covers the fees associated with Stripe.
After a customer makes a purchase, how soon does the store receive payment?
SEEN Marketplace store pages are connected directly to the stores own Stripe account. All money goes directly into your Stripe account and is usually transferred to your bank account within 48 – 72 hours.
How much time will I need to put into this? Setting up your store page and uploading your products for the first time will take on average, two hours. This also depends on how many products you want to make available on the Marketplace.
Once your store page is live, you will only spend a few minutes a day making sure everything is up to date, and adding or deleting products.
