Sunset Yoga

Unwind and destress after a long week with a yoga session at sunset in Milliken State Park. This event is for all experience levels, and yoga mats will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased here.

Women’s Self Defense Seminar

Rochester Hills Krav Maga

Join Rochester Hills Krav Maga for an important seminar on women’s self-defense. This seminar will teach defenses to common types of attacks and provides the opportunity to practice handling a variety of scenarios. Tickets can be purchased here for $25. All proceeds go to HAVEN women’s shelter.

Glow Night at the Indoor Ropes Course

Climb over to the Indoor Ropes Course at Troy Gymnastics 3 for their monthly glow night! Every third Saturday of the month, the venue is decked out in black lights to mix up the usual ropes course experience. Wear your neon and white to stand out! Tickets can be purchased here.

Join Pilates instructor Meghan Miller as she provides an extensive circuit training. Over the course of the 55-minute class, attendees will use a variety of equipment including chair, cadillac, barrel and ped-a-pole. The class is open to people of all experience levels. Citizen Yoga X The Barre Code: Breast Cancer Triathlon

Citizen Yoga and The Barre Code are teaming up to put on their first breast cancer triathlon! Attendees will start with a 30-minute Barre class, a walk/run to Citizen Yoga and a restorative yoga class. The event will end with a lecture on breast health and preventative tips. All proceeds will go to the Keep a Breast Foundation. Tickets are $35 on Eventbrite.

Bike the Ambassador Bridge

8-11 a.m.
Clark Park Southwest Detroit
1130 Clark St., Detroit
Head over to Clark Park for the opportunity to set out on a 9-mile bike ride across the border between Detroit and Windsor. All riders must have an enhanced license or passport to participate in the event. Registration is $100 at tour-de-troit.org
