Campus Martius Park
800 Woodward Ave , Detroit
The ultimate summer beach party (sans water) is happening in downtown Detroit! Enjoy live music, seasonal cocktails, and delicious food at The Beach at Campus Martius this Friday, starting at 4pm . Can’t make it this week? Don’t be (beach) bummed — the party continues next Friday, July 23.
See a Movie in the Moonlight

Downtown Rochester
Watch a movie on the big screen under the stars at Movies in the Moonlight in Rochester. Running through August 7, this free, family-friendly event will feature a new movie each week. This event is BYOC (Bring Your Own Chair), but no need to pack the popcorn — The Little Donut Factory will be popped up, offering all the delicious movie snacks (including donuts, of course). Check out event page to see which movie is playing next!
Go Treasure Hunting
July 18
8:00 am – 3:00 pm
316 E 11 Mile Rd, Royal Oak
If your idea of a perfect Sunday is hunting for one-of-a-kind antiques and collectables, the Royal Oak Flea Market should be at the top of your itinerary. Shop more than 40 vendors at this weekly event, all year round!
Pick Up a Good Book
July 18
10:00 am – 4:00 pm

2934 Russell St, Detroit
Calling all bookworms! The Detroit Bookfest is taking over Shed 5 at Eastern Market this Sunday. Food trucks like Nosh Pit Detroit and Delray Barbecue will also be popping up for the day.

101-157 Witherell St, Detroit
Scare the Sunday scaries away with an evening yoga class, lead by Citizen Yoga. Scheduled at Grand Circus Park (rain or shine), the class is free, and both beginners and experts are welcome. Note: No mats will be available, so be sure to bring your own!
