Science will always be here.
Cranbrook Institute of Science is a premier resource for science and natural history, giving families and science enthusiasts an extraordinary place to explore, both virtually and in-person. The Institute nurtures curiosity, advances scientific literacy, and encourages advocacy for our natural and cultural worlds.
In-person at the museum, families can experience dinosaurs, minerals, astronomy, artifacts, and science all around us, or explore Michigan’s natural surroundings on the many walking trails.
The Institute of Science seeks to draw science and education together through interactive programs and more than 20,000 artifacts on display.
