Just steps away from Bedrock’s headquarters, Central “makes the best drinks,” says Schwartz, who adds that the restaurant stashes his favorite tequila — Don Julio Anejo — in a locker bearing his name.

Six-time world pizzamaking champion Bruno DiFabio developed the recipes for the pies here, and his talent shows. “Their recipe is phenomenal,” says Schwartz. “The pizza is Number One.”
