District 3 Health Fair

RTTM Returning to Truth Ministries 9016 Van Dyke, Detroit, MI

Helping people live the healthiest lives possible is the central purpose of the RTTM Community Center Health Fair. This event is open to all, but we are targeting the residents of District 3 of Detroit. Our Fair provides health-based companies and services opportunities to engage with the community in a less formal setting. At the event, we will educate our residents on essential preventive medicine and medical screening for people in the community. In an area where optimism is at an all-time low, just that spark of someone saying, "I know if given the right opportunity, you will be great,” can change someone's life. Our event will not only provide general information about good health and preventative medicine, but we'll also offer screenings and assessments, launch new wellness initiatives, share health education information, raise awareness of health risks, demonstrate healthy habits and promote community resources.
