Toy Drives for The Bottomless Toy Chest

10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The Bottomless Toy Chest

Help The Bottomless Toy Chest collect toys in time for the holidays! The Bottomless Toy Chest is a non-profit that delivers toys to children undergoing cancer treatment. Contact the organization at 248-646-8931 to drop off new, unopened toys during business hours.
Nov. 8
Little Black Dress Charity Soiree

7 p.m. to 1 a.m.
The Townsend Hotel
100 Townsend St., Birmingham
Head over to the Townsend Hotel for an extravagant event to help those in need. The soiree will provide live entertainment, casino games and a fashion show to benefit the CARE House of Oakland County. Tickets can be purchased here starting at $60.

MOCAD and DS12 Present Art4All

5-8 p.m. opening the 8th

MOCAD has joined forces with DS12 Candles for a unique event, Art4All. The visual interpretations of DS12’s signature scents, shot by 12 Detroit photographers, will be on display throughout the pop-up. The opening show will take place on Nov. 8, with the exhibit remaining until Nov. 10. Photographs will be sold in packs of five for $100, with proceeds benefitting MOCAD’s youth programming.

Uncork for a Cure

7-10 p.m.
Cauley Ferrari
7070 Orchard Lake Road, West Bloomfield
Head to Cauley Ferrari to support breast cancer research! Guests will enjoy an evening filled with delicious food, wine and luxury cars. The event will be hosted by Rhonda Walker from Local 4 News. Proceeds from the event benefit the Dynami Foundation and Uncork for a Cure. Tickets can be purchased here for $375.

Spin4 Crohn’s and Colitis Cures

2-6 p.m.
Pulse Fitness
400 E. 10 Mile Road, Pleasant Ridge
Pulse Fitness will host a 2-hour cycling relay benefiting the Michigan chapter of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. Grab your friends to build a team of up to four people and switch off cycling every 30 minutes. Each bike has a commitment of $1,000 and $10 per person registration fee. House Chef Challenge at the Ronald McDonald House

5-8 p.m.
Ronald McDonald House Charities Detroit

Join the Ronald McDonald House Charities for a fun chef cook-off! Watch as two teams of chefs go head to head to create dishes with unique ingredients. After the cooking is complete, attendees will sample the food and vote for their favorites. Purchase your tickets here for $100.
