I have known Wendi for over a decade as we've worked together to improve the lives of children with cancer and rare blood disorders. As a Social Worker at Children's Hospital of Michigan, Wendi puts her heart and soul into helping in any way she can to bring joy into the lives of sick children and their families. Wendi works in the pediatric oncology/hematology division and applies her gifts as a Clinical Social Worker to bringing comfort, knowledge, resources and love to her very special patients.

While I do not know all of Wendi's accomplishments, I have seen her gifts, firsthand, as I've witnessed her improving the lives of children battling cancer. As a Clinical Social Worker, Wendi gives everything she can to bring smiles to children with cancer and rare blood disorders.

Wendi works every day to make the lives of kids with cancer better. Whether she is connecting families to local charities that might be able to help or planning an annual picnic for survivors, Wendi does everything she can to help local kids with cancer and rare blood disorders.
