Linda mentors women around the globe including India and China where she assist them to develop skills to help them build their careers. Linda is the Founder of The Extra Effort where she has successfully coached dozens of individuals to change the trajectory of their careers towards their long term goals.

As a Vice President a Mediator, Linda has been featured in numerous magazines such as Savoy and has spoken on countless panels, podcasts, the latest being the Women's Conference held in May. Linda was also featured in the Detroit Free Press by Carol Cain. Linda recently received an award from Alternatives for girls an at risk youth home for Mentor of the year.

Linda is traveling around the globe assisting women improve their quality of life by providing them the skills to enhance their emotional intelligence to get a seat at the table.
