Natasha has assisted hundreds of companies globally with providing placement and resources for work from home opportunities and the building one-person call centers. She has assisted hundreds of clients with branding and developing growth in their business. Her clients range in location from the USA, to UK, to Canada, and Europe. She has contracted over 400 independent contractors to service these clients. Through the work she has provided to her contractors, she helped a gentleman in India become a doctor.

Natasha Lee-Maxwell, Business Entrepreneur and founder of Make Your Dreams Come True, has been announced as the winner of the 2019 Salute to Diversity Award in the Diversity Business Leader Category from Corp Magazine.
With the self-awareness of a true leader, Natasha knows when to ask for help and has assembled an impeccable team to accomplish the seemingly impossible. Her team at MYDCT has a long history of building strong businesses using a full complement of support services including business development, marketing, social media marketing, website design, graphic design, virtual and administrative assistance, call center services and creating out-of-the-box solutions to increase business bottom lines.
Natasha enjoys working with the for-profit sector and speaking, but also has a servant-heart. She is dedicated to lifting up her community and those around her. From launching a successful Kid CEO Program to providing unparalleled business and personal support, pro bono, to hundreds of women, Natasha always works to make the world a better place. Natasha developed a program for the Visually Impaired in Michigan where she taught them how to work from home and start their own work from home businesses. Her widespread impact and immeasurable contributions are a testament to her character.
Natasha is a Board member for Saving Her Elegance. She holds the position as Executive Marketing Coordinator, Program Developer and recently she was promoted to Vice President. Saving Her Elegance is a nonprofit geared toward assisting girls and women make their mark in the world and assists them in building self-esteem, life skills and recognizing the hidden gems in our world. Natasha was awarded an Honor Roll Award from the State of Michigan for her dedication helping the Visually Impaired Community become self-employed while working at home. In 2016 Fortune 500 Website Development Company,WIX announced Natasha as their face for the city of the Detroit and its surrounding areas making her know as their Detroit Ambassador. In 2017 Natasha was honored as Walker's Legacy Powerful 25 of Detroit, where she was recognized legendary women minority business owners in the city of Detroit.
Ornamented with an ambitious and self-motivated personality, Natasha prefers to take the extra step in staying unique, embarking on new challenges, and surpassing targeted goals. In her free time, she enjoys writing, reading, ministering and spending quality time with family and friends. She enjoys being a wife, mother, servant of Jehovah, and working closely with her community, laughing and traveling with family and friends.
