Cecilia is a SEEN Changemaker because she is a highly successful business person in the exciting field of permanent makeup. She is the founder of Bespoke Permanent Cosmetics located in Clarkston, MI and had built quite following servicing hundreds of happy clients. Her commitment to her customers and passion for perfection are unmatched. She has established herself as a leader in the Industry in a short amount of time receiving industry awards for the quality of her work. Cecilia believes strongly in giving back to her friends and neighbors in the community and every month donates her services free of charge to those in need that have been diagnosed with Alopecia
(inability to grow ) or cancer. Her passion is to help her clients look and feel their best, both inside in out.

Cecilia is a successful business woman anhas trained extensively with the best trainers in the world and in two years she has built a large following servicing hundreds of happy clients in the Detroit area. Cecilia is now being recognized as a leader in the permanent make up field. In July of 2019 she was awarded third place at the IPCS Show, an international competition for best eyebrow artist in Miami, Florida. Her work was awarded as top three by an Independent panel of industry experts, she competed against many of the best Permanent Makeup Artists in the world.
